What is the minimum order for custom patches?
Our minimum order for custom patches is typically 50 pieces, though this can vary by patch type. Embroidered and woven patches have 50-piece minimums, while PVC and leather patches may have slightly higher minimums due to tooling costs.
How long does it take to make custom patches?
Standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks from approval of your final design. This includes sample production and approval. Rush orders are available for 1-2 week delivery when capacity allows.
Which patch type is best for my needs?
Embroidered patches are best for traditional looks with bold designs. Woven patches capture fine details and text. PVC patches are ideal for outdoor/tactical use. Leather patches add a premium feel. We're happy to help you choose—just contact us!
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Yes! We use Pantone color matching to ensure your patch colors match your brand guidelines precisely. Provide your Pantone codes or we can match from your existing materials.
What's the largest patch size you can make?
We can make patches up to 12" x 12" for most patch types. For motorcycle club back patches, we can go even larger. The most common sizes are 2"-4" for chest patches and 10"+ for back patches.
Do I get to approve a sample before production?
Yes! We include a pre-production sample with every order. You'll receive an actual physical sample to approve before we produce your full order. This ensures you're completely satisfied with the result.
Which backing option should I choose?
Iron-on is great for permanent application at home. Sew-on is most durable for workwear. Velcro is perfect for tactical gear or when you want interchangeable patches. Adhesive works for temporary use. Pin backing is good for collector patches or lapel pins.
Can you recreate an existing patch?
In most cases, yes! Send us a photo or sample of your existing patch and we'll create a quote to reproduce it. We can often improve quality or make modifications if desired.
